Soft Chicken Tacos image

Love boneless, skinless chicken thighs, this is just another way we eat them.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb bonless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 bottle mrs. dash mesquite grille marinade
2 poblanos, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
4-6 baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
flour tortillas
12-16 oz cheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)
salsa, sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.
  • 2. Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.
  • 3. Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.
  • 4. Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
