This is a great blend of flavors for a burger sauce. I made some changes to the traditional ingredients that usually are put into a sauce like this and was very happy with the results. FYI: This sauce is really good as a dipping sauce for fries, and veggies. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- PREP/PREPARE
- This recipe is usually made with ketchup, and Louisiana hot sauce. I subbed the ketchup with a good BBQ sauce and switched out the hot sauce with Frank's. In addition, I added an additional level of flavor using ground dehydrated onions. FYI: If you do not have dehydrated onions, do not use regular onions, just add a pinch of onion powder.

- Since we are using a sauce that does not have nasty chemical preservatives, it will last a week to ten days in the fridge.
- Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Add a few dashes of Frank's hot sauce, to taste.
- Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours, or overnight before using.
- PLATE/PRESENT
- Use on your favorite burger, or as a dipping sauce for fries, and veggies. Enjoy.
- Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
