ROSIE'S ENCHILADA BAKE CASSEROLE image

This is a yummy casserole shared by a close friend years back. My son is grown and married now with a son of his own and he still asks for this casserole.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) green chili peppers (chopped)
1 c milk
1 can(s) enchilada sauce
1 pkg taco flavored doritos (crush in bag)
1 1/2 c grated cheese (your choice: cheddar, mexican blend, etc)
1 pkg taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • 2. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning, drain. Stir in soups, peppers, milk, and enchilada sauce cooking until bubbly. In a prepared 9 X 13 baking dish layer meat, cheese, crushed Dorito chips and repeat for a second layer. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
