1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELLĀ® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
2 Tbsp. TACO BELLĀ® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat with peppers and garlic in medium saucepan; drain.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring frequently.
  • Serve topped with cheese.
