New Potatoes with Chive Butter image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 to 1/2 pound small new potatoes
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Scrub or peel potatoes. In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water for 15 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to saucepan or place in serving bowl.2.
