KEY LIME COLE SLAW image

Salad: 1 ½ heads of shredded cabbage
1 lime thinly sliced
Dressing: ½ cup walnut oil
¼ c. fresh key lime juice or lime juice (2 limes)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped shallots
Zest of 2 limes

Steps:

  • Emulsify dressing ingredients in blender Pour dressing over cabbage and mix Garnish with thinly sliced lime and pineapple.
