Steps:

  • Cut tomatoes in chunks, peppers in strips, onions in thin slices. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to taste. Vinegar can be diluted. Make this and let it sit for juices to mingle, then refrigerate. It's the right balance of sugar and salt that makes the good taste.
