Garbanzo Bean Salsa image

Who thought garbanzo beans would add soooo much flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 can(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
2 can(s) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(s) diced tomatoes with chilies
16 oz frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
2 clove garlic, minced
1 c italian dressing

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except garlic and dressing.
  • 2. Mix garlic and dressing in large cup.
  • 3. Drizzle dressing over other ingredients and toss until coated well.
  • 4. Serve with tortilla chips.
