Fruit And Ice Cream Pie image

1 pint cherry or raspberry ice cream, softened
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell
2/3 cup sliced almond, toasted and divided
1 pint peach ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • 1. Carefully spread cherry or raspberry ice cream in crust. Sprinkle with half of almonds. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.2. Spread peach ice cream over almonds. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.*NOTE: To toast almonds, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
