1 overripe banana
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
  • 2. Slice the banana into small slices (or slice in half lengthways).
  • 3. Add the sliced banana to the frying pan then coat with half of the honey and cinnamon.
  • 4. Fry for 2-3 minutes then flip the banana over and coat the other side with honey and cinnamon. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Serve and enjoy!
