We've probably all had eggs in a frame, and they're really good as is, but I've taken it to a whole new level with this recipe. It's crispy, buttery toast with an "over easy" egg in the middle, topped with melty cheddar cheese, crumbled hickory smoked bacon and chives, and crowned with a dab of sour cream. Oh, this is soooo good! It would be a perfect breakfast in bed for your sweetheart on Valentine's Day!

Steps:
- Place medium size nonstick skillet over medium/low heat; add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
- While butter is melting, use a biscuit cutter, or drinking glass, to cut a hole in both slices of bread, reserving round cutouts of bread.
- Spread one side of each slice of bread, and both cutouts, with softened butter.
- Place all, unbuttered side down, in skillet; increase heat to medium/medium-high.
- Break one raw egg into each hole of bread; cook over medium/medium-high heat for about 1 1/2-2 minutes, watching carefully. Flip the round cutouts to brown both sides and flip the egg in the frames over when the white is almost completely opaque. Immediately turn off heat.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon cheese, 1/2 tablespoon bacon bits and 1/2 teaspoon chives onto each egg. Season with salt, pepper and/or black truffle salt, as desired.
- Remove from skillet to serving plate. Top each egg with 1 teaspoon sour cream and an additional sprinkling of cheese, bacon and chives, if desired. Serve immediately.
