Easy S' Mores pie image

My daughter and I just made this tonight after debating what to make for dessert. We found all the makings for S' mores but didn't want S'mores, just something that tasted like them, lol. We came up with this fairly quick and easy pie which went so fast we didn't get a picture...oh well, next time!! Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 12

1-1/2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
7 tablespoon(s) melted butter
1/3 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) heavy cream
6 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoon(s) ground cinamon
1 tablespoon(s) plus 1 tsp vanilla
7 ounce(s) marshmellow fluff
4 ounce(s) soft cream cheese
8 ounce(s) frozen cool whip, thawed
- mini marshmellows, garnish
- drizzle of hot fudge sauce, garnish

Steps:

  • In lg bowl (or you can use a food processor,) Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into a 9"-pie plate, ( make sure to press some up the sides of the plate.)
  • In small saucepan, bring heavy cream to the start of boiling, over medium heat. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and pour heavy cream over the chocolate. Let sit for a couple minutes, then stir to make smooth. Stir in cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour chocolate mix over crust and freeze for 15 mins to set.
  • In bowl, beat marshmellow fluff, cream cheese and remaining vanilla until smooth. Stir in thawed cool whip. Spread over chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs to set. garnish w/ a handful of mini marshmellows. Drizzle w/ heated fudge sauce.
