Chicken fillet with bacon image

400 g spinach
100ml single cream
25 g Parmasan

Steps:

  • Potatoes Cut the potatoes in half. Put into the pan and pour over boiling water and add a pinch of salt. Cook for ten minutes. In the meantime put 3ml of oil in a baking tray. In the oven for 200 degree
  • Chicken Marinate your chicken. Sprinkle over a good pinch of dried oregano, salt and pepper and the 5 Chinese spices then drizzle over oil and put on the knob of butter. Fry in the frying pan for 5 minutes. For a light brown coating. After the chicken is finished place neatly in the oven dish with the tomatoes and wrap bacon around the chicken. Add a quarter of the lemon to the pan. Total time 45 minutes for the potatoes and total time for the chicken 30 minutes.
  • Spinach Finely, cut the onions and sizzle in the pan with garlic. At the last 3 or 4 minutes pour in the batches of spinach. Continuous stir. Drain some of the excessive water. Add the cream and parmasan. Bon appetit.
