CAESAR SALAD DRESSING FROM LG STEAKHOUSE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 oz anchovies (2)
1 T pressed garlic
1 T dijon
1/2 T worchestershire
1 Egg yolk (or whole egg)coddled (boiled 1 min)
1/2 C good olive oil
1 t lemon juice
2 T red wine vinegar
1/8 C parmesan cheese freshly grated

Steps:

  • Crush anchovies and garlic into fine paste with spoon and fork. Add dijon and worchestershire to paste and stir. Add egg and continue to stir. SLOWLY add olive oil while stirring. Add lemon juice, vinegar and parmesan cheese. S &P
