I love fried rice one of my favorite foods. I love to make it with brown rice for a healthier twist. I tired many recipes but decided to come up with my own and this was a hit with my family.

- 1. In a large skillet add about 2 tbs olive oil and 1 tsp. sesame seed oil and let heat up for about a minute or so on medium high heat. Add garlic, ginger, chinese 5 spice, cayene and vegetables except scallions. Cook veggies for about 2 minutes add brown rice and stir until everything is well mixed. Add in fish sauce, soy sauce, and hoisen sauce mix until the rice is well coated cook for about 3 minutes. Add in scrambled eggs and scallions toss and cook until all ingredients are warmed through. Turn off heat and enjoy.
