Blueberry Muffins, Sherry's image

Sherry noted: Wish you could see my original recipe. My youngest granddaughter, Emma Crone, was helping make muffins when she was younger and she was checking off ingredients as we went with a red line marked through each ingredient. A precious keepsake for sure. She became quite a baker!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cup(s) flour
3 teaspoon(s) powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup(s) milk
6 tablespoon(s) melted butter
1 cup(s) berries
1 tablespoon(s) sugar

Steps:

  • Sift dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients until moist but lumpy. Fold in berries. Fill muffin pans and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 20-25 min at 400 degrees.
