6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
5 (4- to 5-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until crisp. Crumble bacon; set aside.
  • Add butter to same skillet. Place chicken breasts in skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 6-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; place into ungreased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • Place onion and garlic in same skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes or until onion is softened. Stir in bacon.
  • Spoon onion mixture over chicken breasts; sprinkle with pepper. Top with parsley and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
10 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
2 plum tomatoes, sliced

Steps:

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 small onion, peeled and sliced (yellow, white or red onion)
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin (lightly seasoned if desired)
honey barbecue sauce
4 slices cheese, such as monteray jack, cheddar, provolone, etc
4 crusty rolls
mayonnaise or additional barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium then line with non-stick foil.
  • Stir the minced garlic, salt and pepper into the butter. Brush onion slices evenly with garlic-butter mixture as they are placed on grill. Close the lid and cook, turning and moving as needed, for 20 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high.
  • Lay flattened breasts on the grill grates. With the remaining garlic sauce, brush all over chicken. Grill, turning once, for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through coating with barbecue sauce in the last few minutes.
  • Top each piece of chicken with onions and one slice cheese. Cover and let stand for 30 seconds. Toast buns on grill and spread with mayonnaise or barbecue sauce. Top with chicken steaks and two slices bacon. Close with bread top.

2 Tablespoons water
1½ cups grated parmesan cheese
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl mix together the eggs and water. Set aside.

2 slices bread
1/4-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
lettuce
tomatoes
pickle
onion

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to broil at 425°F.
  • Heat a frying pan on the stove.
  • Fry bacon strips until they are the desired doneness.
  • Set aside bacon to cool and drain. place bread on a cookie sheet and broil for about 3 minutes until bread is lightly toasted.
  • Turn bread slices over (use a tong) and sprinkle shredded cheese on top in a nice thick layer and broil for about 3 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
