½ whole grated nutmeg
2l apple juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
dark rum (optional)

Steps:

  • Put the cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, apple juice and vanilla extract in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
